- 1 can (25 oz.) Juanita’s Mexican Style Hominy or Juanita’s White Hominy drained
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
STEP BY STEP:
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic until golden.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their juices and become tender.
- Stir in the hominy, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 3 minutes.
